Olumlu cümlelerdehe, she, it öznelerinden sonra fiile "S" veya "es" eklenir.

She brushes her teeth.
It sleeps in my bed.
Olumsuz cümlelerdehe, she, it öznelerinden sonra doesn't getirilir. Fiile "s" veya "-es" eklenmez, fiil yalın halde kullanılır.
He doesn't like it.
She doesn't do her homework.
It doesn't sleep in my bed.
Soru cümlelerinde I, You, we, they öznelerinden önce Do yardımcı fiili kulanılır ve özneden sonra getirilir.
